BUILD UP REMODELING WORKMANSHIP

Qualifying turf installation workmanship is covered for five years subject to drainage, maintenance, exclusions, site conditions, and the signed agreement.
10-YEAR NEW POOL WARRANTY
Qualifying new swimming pool construction includes a 10-year warranty subject to the covered components, scope, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and written project terms.
MANUFACTURER PRODUCT COVERAGE
Pumps, filters, heaters, automation, lighting, and other equipment may also include separate manufacturer warranties.
MATERIAL-SPECIFIC COVERAGE
Pool coping warranty coverage depends on the selected material, manufacturer, installation system, natural material characteristics, and product warranty.
WORKMANSHIP COVERAGE
Qualifying installation workmanship remains subject to the Build Up Remodeling project agreement and applicable warranty terms.
CONCRETE & CEMENT NO WARRANTY
Concrete and cement installations do not include a warranty unless a different written provision is specifically included in the signed construction agreement.
Concrete is naturally subject to cracking, shrinkage, color variation, curing variation, weather exposure, settlement, and ground movement.
EXISTING POOL REMODELING SCOPE SPECIFIC
Warranty coverage for an existing pool remodel depends on the exact work performed.
Plaster, tile, coping, equipment, plumbing, lighting, decking, and other components may each have different workmanship or manufacturer warranty terms.

Work altered, repaired, removed, or modified by the homeowner, another contractor, or another third party.
