A new swimming pool is a major investment in your property. Build Up Remodeling provides long-term warranty protection for qualifying new pool construction together with applicable manufacturer warranties on select pool equipment and materials.
Qualifying new swimming pool construction includes 10-year warranty protection subject to the contracted scope, covered components, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and signed construction agreement.
Qualifying pool, spa, coping, deck, and related installation workmanship may receive Build Up Remodeling's 5-year limited workmanship warranty where applicable to the contracted scope.
Pumps, filters, heaters, automation, controls, lighting, and other pool equipment may include separate manufacturer warranty coverage.
Pool remodeling does not have one universal warranty period. Coverage depends on the work actually performed. Plaster, waterline tile, coping, equipment, plumbing, lighting, decking, Baja shelf construction, spa modifications, and structural improvements may each have different workmanship or manufacturer warranty terms.
