The homeowners wanted to modernize the front of their property by replacing the aging concrete driveway and outdated brick wall with a design that felt cleaner, stronger, and more visually appealing.
Our vision focused on creating a modern driveway entrance that combines durability with refined curb appeal. By integrating premium pavers, defined borders, and a coordinated planter wall, we designed a front yard layout that feels cohesive and elegant while improving the property’s overall appearance.
Design Approach
The design began with the complete removal of the existing cement driveway and brick wall, allowing us to rebuild the space with a stronger and more visually balanced layout.
We selected cobble pavers for the driveway surface because of their durability, texture, and timeless aesthetic. Cobble pavers provide excellent strength for vehicle traffic while adding architectural character that standard concrete cannot achieve.
To define the driveway layout, we installed a charcoal gray border around the paver surface. The darker framing adds contrast and helps visually organize the driveway while enhancing the modern design.
A new planter wall finished in a matching charcoal tone was constructed to tie the entire front yard together. This element adds structure and landscaping opportunities while reinforcing the cohesive design.
