Complete Pool Remodeling + New Baja Shelf
A complete Thousand Oaks pool transformation combining an engineered Baja shelf addition with new pool return-line plumbing, a new skimmer, code-compliant split drain, electrical work, patio drainage, custom precast coping, new tile, Mini Pebble plaster, and a slate stone paver pool deck.
More than resurfacing this pool was physically redesigned.
The Thousand Oaks project involved remodeling the existing pool while modifying the pool structure to add a new Baja shelf. That meant coordinating engineering, permitting, demolition, new gunite, circulation plumbing, drainage, electrical work, pool finishes, coping, and the surrounding deck.
New return-line plumbing, a new skimmer, and a split drain installed to code upgraded the pool circulation system. The surrounding outdoor area received a new patio drain system and slate stone pavers over a newly prepared base.
Custom precast coping, new tile, and Mini Pebble plaster completed the water environment after the structural and underground work was finished.
